We’re seeking a Quantitative Researcher Intern with a strong background in data analysis, telemetry, and behavioral measurement. The ideal candidate is pursuing a graduate degree (PhD preferred) in human-computer interaction, behavioral science, software engineering, or a related field, and has experience working with large-scale data, and event schemas. This intern will support initiatives to evaluate Critical User Journeys (CUJs) by translating user workflows into measurable events, analyzing behavioral data, and identifying success, failure, and drop-off points. They will partner closely with data scientists and other researchers to connect telemetry insights to user intent and experience, helping to inform product strategy and design.
