About The Position

The role involves generating analytical insights and providing expertise to assist business leaders and stakeholders in making informed decisions, supporting existing trading strategies, developing new product strategies and services, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities include participation in quantitative research, technical design, and development of the global team's quantitative research systems and algorithmic trading stack. The position requires the application of the latest quantitative techniques to solve business problems, researching, developing, and implementing new models and solutions aimed at improving the bank's client offering and risk infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management is essential to progress business initiatives. The role also includes conducting research to support strategic decision-making, preparing presentations and reports to communicate research findings, and collaborating with senior management to implement these findings.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a graduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2026 - June 2027.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Strong interest in technical disciplines such as Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Stochastic Calculus, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
  • Ability to engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in algorithmic trading or data science.
  • Familiarity with financial models and strategies.
  • Experience in managing client relationships.
