About The Position

To participate in the day-to-day activities of the markets division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities. The role involves execution of small research projects, research to support strategic decision making, preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for the global markets division, and participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. The position also includes management of client relationships and provision of customer service support to clients and customers, under steadily decreasing supervision, responding to questions about products and services, processing of transactions. Additionally, the role requires management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making in the global markets division, and training and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2026 - June 2027.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Keen interest in technical disciplines such as Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Stochastic Calculus, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or other STEM subjects.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, C++, or Java.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise.
  • Ability to engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to communicate complex and/or sensitive information.
  • Ability to influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in algorithmic trading.
  • Familiarity with quantitative research systems.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices.
