As Quantitative Analytics Director on the Point-of-Sale Capabilities team, you will lead a team of analysts dedicated to preventing transactional fraud on Chase Credit and Debit Cards. You will drive the development of advanced fraud controls, leveraging big data, machine learning, and innovative analytic techniques. The role requires collaboration with Product, Operations, IT, and Risk Management to deliver effective fraud mitigation capabilities. You will identify and execute on opportunities to improve fraud models and analytic capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on fraud prevention and business outcomes. You will manage the full Point-of-Sale Fraud capabilities function, coaching a team of quantitative analysts in designing and implementing fraud tools and capabilities.
