About The Position

The position involves providing digital data collection requirements to developers to fulfill analytics requests in mobile apps and web browsers. The role requires collaboration with developers and product owners to troubleshoot defects and estimate customer engagement and revenue impact. The candidate will work with the backend product team to estimate traffic volume for UI changes and create dashboards to monitor digital product performance. Additionally, the role includes building models to estimate the impact of initiatives and UI changes on KPIs and revenue, defining success metrics for new UI features, and communicating the product's business model to cross-functional teams. The candidate will also be responsible for managing junior analysts and coaching them on technical and business knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
  • Experience with consumer-facing e-commerce and financial products.
  • Ability to perform analysis to build customer-facing product experiences.
  • Experience in forming methodologies to estimate impact on KPIs and revenue.
  • Proficiency in writing basic and advanced SQL queries.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics for creating segments and dashboards.
  • Ability to conduct marketing campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience in QA digital data collection using Adobe Analytics and SQL.
  • Ability to run A/B tests and perform statistical testing on results.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide digital data collection requirements to developers for analytics requests.
  • Troubleshoot mobile app and web browser defects with developers and product owners.
  • Estimate customer engagement and revenue impact.

  • Provide input of business knowledge to help MLE develop models.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide analytics insights.
  • Manage and coach junior analysts.
