The Consumer Feedback and Communication Group Analytics group leverages Big Data tools to analyze customer and specialist behaviors, preferences, and feedback. Working closely with the Customer Care Office, we use complaints analysis and direct feedback data to identify trends, trouble-spots, and opportunity areas across our businesses. We dig deep into the data to uncover root causes and provide actionable recommendations to improve Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, and Profitability. As Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Consumer Feedback and Communications Group (CFCG), you will manage the delivery and presentation of studies and insights to the businesses you support. You will stay closely connected to the business, anticipating changes, and identifying new areas for analysis and reporting. You will lead recurring meetings to present findings to senior and executive leadership. Your strong presentation skills and a robust analytical and statistical background are essential.
