Service Center CSCS TX Essential Job Duties: · Write customer-pay estimates virtually using CCCOne based on customer-submitted photos · Accurately assess damage and determine appropriate repair procedures · Ensure all estimates align with Caliber Collision standards and meet customer expectations · Prepare and send completed estimates to customers via CCCOne · Contact customers by phone after completing their estimate to review key details, answer questions, and guide them toward scheduling their repair at a nearby Caliber Collision location · Communicate with internal teams to clarify estimate details or escalate issues as needed · Maintain accurate records by updating internal tracking systems and communication platforms to ensure visibility and continuity across teams · Comply with all Caliber safety policies, procedures, and quality standards · Perform other duties as assigned --- Skill/Requirements · 3 years’ experience writing collision repair estimates, preferably using CCCOne · Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and damage analysis · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment · Professional phone communication skills with the ability to clearly explain estimate details and confidently guide customers toward scheduling their repair · Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills · Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms and updating internal tracking systems · High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction · Ability to adapt to workflow changes and take initiative as business needs evolve
