Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, GMP, or similar) is a plus
