About The Position
As a Quality Technician at Framatome, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of nuclear energy solutions. This full-time position is based in Cranberry Township, PA, and is part of the Quality and Performance Business Line within the Installed Base Business Unit. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting receipt inspections, providing quality oversight for ongoing projects, performing surveillance at vendor facilities, and reviewing documentation related to commercial grade dedication activities. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of quality that Framatome is known for, and you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to delivering clean, safe energy and advancing nuclear technology. In this position, you will leverage your skills and experience to make a significant impact on the future of clean energy. You will be expected to pass practical and written tests to meet ANSI / ASME N45.2.6 -1978 and NQA-1-2015 qualifications for Inspection Personnel in various disciplines, including Mechanical/Visual examination, Electrical Inspection, and Welding inspection. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be vital as you convey technical program data and develop strong interpersonal relationships with staff and management at all levels.
