About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician/Engineer with experience in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operation, laser part scanning, and general metrology. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance, a strong understanding of metrology principles, experience with CMM programming, and the ability to work both on the production floor and in a lab environment. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards before they are released for distribution. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to identify any defects or areas for improvement. The technician will also collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and assist in training staff on quality assurance practices. Additionally, the Quality Technician will be expected to document findings and report on quality metrics to management, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
