About The Position
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety regulations. This role involves sampling and testing raw materials and finished products to verify adherence to specifications, as well as conducting inspections and audits to maintain quality standards. The position operates on a second shift schedule, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
