In this position the Quality Technician is the food safety and quality program expert who provides technical support to shift supervisors and also monitors process controls, CCPâs, Sanitation Standard procedures (SSOPâs) and packaging and product specifications. The Quality Technician will conduct hourly production line audits to evaluate and document adherence to food and ingredient product standards, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) coordination and corporate and governmental regulatory requirements.
