With more than 34,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.76 billion in 2024.Our 3rd shift hours are 10:00pm - 6:30amBoard Function and Purpose of Position:Inspection and/or measurement of in process and/or finished goods according to internal specifications as well as customer specifications (as required).  Release of finished goods before shipping.  Documentation of inspection results.  Assisting of line operators in quality related issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two years of manufacturing experience
• Skilled use of measurement tools, micrometer, scale and calipers
• Mathematical skills, quality knowledge, computer skills, basic print reading, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to up to lift 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Preferable one year in a Quality Inspection role
• Preferable SAP experience

Responsibilities

• Responsibility and authority to stop production to correct quality problems
• Inspection of in-process product, packaging and labels
• Inspection of finished product, packaging and labels
• Documentation of inspections
• Assisting of Line Operators and Team Leads in quality related issues
• Reporting of major issues to the Shift Supervisor and the QE or QM
