Introduction The Quality Technician plays a critical role in maintaining site-wide quality control by managing all non-conforming material, coordinating third-party source inspections, and performing timely inspections on returned goods. This position ensures proper containment and documentation of quality issues, prepares and supports materials for external inspections, and provides quick assessments of returned items to facilitate accurate and timely customer responses. The technician partners closely with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, maintain accurate quality records, and uphold all procedural and regulatory requirements.
