Perform a variety of inspection processes and utilize testing equipment to validate all work produced meets UEA quality standards and customer specifications; document inspection findings and maintain up-to-date quality incident logs for timely communication and problem-resolution of internal and external non-conformities. Work with product returns and warranty claims to identify defects, trouble shoot failures, and assist with the root cause analysis process including onsite customer repairs and part installation as requested. Other projects and duties as assigned by the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager.
