As a Quality Technician, you’ll support production by ensuring labels and processes meet customer and MCC quality standards. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys detail‑focused work in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or quality experience (printing a plus, not required)
• Ability to read measurement tools and pass a color hue test
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
• Team‑oriented with solid communication skills
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent use of hands and arms; close and color vision required

Responsibilities

• Approve labels, materials, and processes prior to press runs
• Review and approve roll‑end retains from press operators
• Support color consistency documentation and data collection
• Assist with equipment calibration and internal audits
• Help maintain quality documentation and support improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production and quality teams
