As a Quality Technician, you’ll inspect and test materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. You’ll work side by side with production teams to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues, helping keep operations running smoothly. Along the way, you’ll maintain accurate inspection and test records that support continuous improvement and compliance. About the Role Partner with production and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues related to blueprints, specifications, gauging/equipment design, and machine or product capability. Inspect and verify product quality using precision measuring and layout tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and optical comparators. Maintain accurate and organized quality records, monitoring and analyzing both hard-copy and electronic assurance logs, check sheets, and related documentation. Communicate quality concerns and improvement opportunities with Managers and Supervisors to support continuous improvement and internal/external performance goals. Support product testing and customer excellence, participating in rifle reliability, durability, function, and accuracy testing, assisting with product training, and adhering to all firearm safety, range rules, and Barrett marksmanship standards.
