Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to work 8-hour shifts M-F
Available to workdays or nights and overtime.
Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
Reliable transportation
Regular and predictable attendance
Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow work instructions and control plans.
Assist with other key tasks during changeovers.
Do quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal, input GMaP’s data when required.
Maintain an organized clean work environment 5S!
Understanding trends on reliability and yield.
Perform other departmental job duties when directed by supervision.
Understands required PPE, location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment keeping the process running.
Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals.
Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record.
Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision making skills.
