Check us out at www.husqvarnaconstruction.com/us/ . WHAT YOU’LL DO Incoming Material Quality (40%) Evaluate incoming material according to incoming inspection plans. Complete First Article Inspection Reports to validate PPAP samples. Participate in fault classification and problem solving escalation. Outgoing Product Quality (30%) Evaluate customer returns to identify root cause of quality defects. Produce checklists and procedures for end-of-line testing and run-in. Participate in product audits as defined by quality management system. Production Process Quality (30%) Evaluate non-conforming material rejected off the line to determine disposition. Develop standard work instructions including procedures for in-line inspections. Support rapid response, problem solving, and continuous improvement team activities. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of measurement systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of assembly procedures and tools.
  • Knowledge of machine function and operation (engine, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years’ working experience in a production environment.
  • 2-3 years’ working experience in a QC environment.
  • Strong Knowledge Microsoft Suite
