About The Position

The Quality Associate is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet our standards of quality. This role involves performing material inspections, product testing, and improvement audits to ensure compliance with our standards, specifications, and regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate usage or knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Focus on accuracy and thoroughness of inspecting and documenting processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and work collaboratively to resolve quality-related problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and document findings.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), or other relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Maintain accurate and current records for inspections, test results, audits.
• Report quality concerns, product, and process nonconformities, and deviations from standards and specifications and work with other contributors to investigate root cause and corrective action.
• Assist in developing and implementing Non-Conformance Records (NCR) based on audit findings and quality assessments.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including production, product/manufacturing engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
• Assist in internal audits, ensuring proper documentation and support for requirements.
• Perform physical and/or analytical testing of products and ensure proper documentation of procedures.
• Participate in training activities.
