Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail for validating quality, accuracy, and consistency in manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical report writing.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct oversight and verify product center compliance with procedures, SWI's, and other applicable instructions.
  • Utilize judgment and experience to identify issues affecting product quality in manufacturing areas.
  • Conduct independent verification of completion of actions reported as complete within the corrective action program.
  • Conduct physical measurements and tests of components as needed to verify quality characteristics.
  • Identify procedural and process weaknesses in manufacturing areas.
  • Perform documentation reviews to ensure supplier and manufacturing compliance with specifications, drawings, and purchase orders.
  • Create condition reports as needed.
  • Play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.
