About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to ensure exceptional product and process standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will inspect components for compliance with technical specifications, document quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of assemblies and machined parts to verify adherence to technical specifications.
• Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and equipment/materials checks within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform incoming and outgoing product quality inspections to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to address and resolve issues related to non-conforming products.
• Lead and support annual QMS audits, ensuring process documentation is updated and compliant.
• Identify and address root causes of product or process failures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
