About The Position

The position involves conducting daily quality inspections on automotive components and production parts. The role requires performing measurements, testing, and documentation in compliance with customer and IATF/ISO standards. Additionally, the candidate will support incoming material inspections to ensure that suppliers’ parts meet specifications. The position also includes preparing quality reports, maintaining inspection records, and escalating issues to engineers or supervisors. The candidate will assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation under the guidance of engineers. Operating inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM machines is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical field.
• 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive or mechanical components.
• Familiar with quality tools and basic problem-solving (e.g., 5 Why, Pareto).
• Hands-on skills and attention to detail, willing to work on the production floor.
• Basic computer and reporting skills (Excel, ERP systems).
