Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude, critical/rational thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality / welding / manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrate an understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Above average computer skills.
• Experience with GMAW and RSW applications.
• Must receive and maintain Level I NDT certification in UT.
• Experience using standard measurement, inspection, and testing equipment in the inspection of sheet metal parts and assemblies.
• Relevant manufacturing and automotive experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, read, and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimum direct supervision.
• Calculate figures and amounts, such as percentages and proportions.
