About The Position

As a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications & our company high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry.

Requirements

• Ability to work Night Shift 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of quality control methods & approaches.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to walk & stand on production floor throughout work shift with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of in-process product & finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor & in the warehouse to evaluate product quality.
• Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions & performance criteria's adherence to customer specifications.
• Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance.
