Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Previous manufacturing experience in relevant discipline.
  • Previous Regulatory Standard experience such as ISO13485 or ISO9001.
  • Working knowledge of SAP suite or other planning systems.
  • Ability to generate customer value—listening, understanding, anticipating, and solving problems.
  • Software skills including MS Office (Excel and Power BI focus).
  • Ability to prioritize and balance workload of multiple project assignments based on business and functional objectives.
  • Strong planning and execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analyses, inspections, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for chemical or physical properties.
  • Perform a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance.
  • Perform required inspections, checks, analysis, and documentation of studies.
  • Prepare and monitor quality statistics and reports.
  • Review production records for conformance to procedures.
  • Conduct non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged, or tested products.
  • Prepare and write reports along with Engineering counterparts.
  • Partner and assist in the resolution of incidents within Operations.
