Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years in quality assurance / inspection role
  • Previous experience as a machinist/machine builder or assembler preferred
  • Working knowledge of joystick operated CMM (coordinate measuring machine)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in quality
  • Three or more years in quality assurance/inspection role
  • Ability to operate LK Camio Studio CMM inspection software
  • Previous experience as a machinist/machine builder or assembler

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform accurate and thorough inspections of various parts and assemblies
  • Communicate non-conformances both written and oral at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to define root cause and corrective action for non-conformances
  • Complete Final Quality Inspection Checklist and Enhanced Inspection Checklists
  • Organizational skills to perform detailed follow up of Corrective Actions
  • Common knowledge of machine tool basics (mechanical, electrical, pneumatics)
  • Support other quality functions within Operations such as workmanship, packaging standards, etc.
