Requirements

  • Associate degree in related technical field or 2 + years of relevant experience
  • Understand blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.
  • Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical molding and validation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-floor visual inspections of Production and Development products per approved work instructions and inspection plans.
  • Execute with startup and shutdown verifications (MMR) to confirm readiness and documentation accuracy.
  • Perform incoming raw material inspection against documented acceptance criteria
  • Open nonconforming product per procedure
  • Physical scrap material from non-conformance when directed.
  • Perform Batch review and signoff
  • Perform post sort/rework inspection
  • Perform Final Shipment Checks
  • Communicate inspection results with internal team members
  • Supports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives.
