Requirements
- Associate degree in related technical field or 2 + years of relevant experience
- Understand blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.
- Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods.
Nice To Haves
- Medical molding and validation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-floor visual inspections of Production and Development products per approved work instructions and inspection plans.
- Execute with startup and shutdown verifications (MMR) to confirm readiness and documentation accuracy.
- Perform incoming raw material inspection against documented acceptance criteria
- Open nonconforming product per procedure
- Physical scrap material from non-conformance when directed.
- Perform Batch review and signoff
- Perform post sort/rework inspection
- Perform Final Shipment Checks
- Communicate inspection results with internal team members
- Supports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives.
