About The Position
The Prototyping division (xOps) at our client provides rapid prototyping capabilities and facilitates quick design iterations for product development. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and quality-driven Electrical Inspection Quality Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that the products manufactured in-house meet design specifications and required documentation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, willing to take on challenges, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential traits for success in this position. As an Electrical Inspection Quality Technician, you will collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and product development engineering teams to uphold the quality of our products. You will support projects developed by cross-functional teams, where individual performance is measured by quality results, teamwork, and initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the product development process. Your responsibilities will include evaluating quality requirements for new Jira tickets, interpreting inspection plans, and conducting visual and functional measurements and tests on PCBAs, harnesses, and other electrical sub-assemblies. You will also review supplier-provided documentation for compliance, create and submit various quality documents, document non-conformances, maintain parts traceability, assist in root cause corrective actions, and support the mechanical inspection team as needed.
