About The Position
Objective of job: Conduct simple and complex tests on components/conduct cause analysis in problem cases. Prinicipal Activities: Check the interaction of individual components and component groups to assure functionality. View test plans and drawing documentation. Identify and record any quality concerns. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to assure defect free quality. Conduct cause analysis and develop solutions in problem cases. (Root-cause analysis and problem solving methods). Conducts first piece approvals where appropriate. Sort out defective parts, taking into account DRX-specific requirements. Effectively communicate with supervisors any problems with safety, quality, equipment, and/or productivity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 Years Manufacturing
- Microsoft Office
- TS16949
- VDA
- Overall Process Oriented Thinking
- High Degree of Initiative
