About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and communicate test results to operations and quality teams. Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to material quality. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper testing procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to follow standardized testing procedures and safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating testing equipment and handling materials.
  • Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate work areas and monitor equipment.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
