Conduct simple and complex tests on components/conduct cause analysis in problem cases.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1-2 Years Manufacturing.
- Microsoft Office.
- TS16949, VDA.
- Overall Process Oriented Thinking.
- High Degree of Initiative.
Responsibilities
- Check the interaction of individual components and component groups to assure functionality.
- View test plans and drawing documentation.
- Identify and record any quality concerns.
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to assure defect free quality. Conduct cause analysis and develop solutions in problem cases. (Root-cause analysis and problem solving methods).
- Conducts first piece approvals where appropriate.
- Sort out defective parts, taking into account DRX-specific requirements.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors any problems with safety, quality, equipment, and/or productivity.
