Requirements

  • Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; or a High School Diploma with 1–3 years of analytical laboratory experience.
  • Experience working in a Quality Control (QC) environment.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Strong computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on test results and established standards.
  • Solid understanding of basic math, scientific principles, and quality terminology.
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing 25–50 kg.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, particularly the Quality Management (QM) module.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills for laboratory equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods in accordance with approved specifications and inspection plans.
  • Conduct product inspections following customer-specific safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collect samples, book them into the system, and enter results into SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
  • Identify and escalate inspection or testing errors, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Perform daily equipment verifications and carry out minor maintenance on laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of all retained samples.
  • Use computerized inventory systems and Microsoft Excel to input, track, and retrieve product data.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and all Health & Safety requirements.
  • Participate in Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R) studies to support method validation and continuous improvement.
