Purpose of the Position: Perform testing, inspections, and reports of materials and finished products to ensure the quality conforms to all customer and company standards.

Requirements

Basic computer skills including Microsoft office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
Basic math skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to understand spoken and written English
Ability to work overtime and needed
6 months minimum experience with hand held measuring devices (i.e. calipers, rulers, gages)
Previous knowledge of injection molding quality
Knowledge of standard inspection processes and audits
High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Work independently to perform random sample testing on all manufactured products throughout the facility
Ensure all manufactured products meet specifications and requirements
Use a variety of tools such as, calipers, rulers, scales, and other quality lab tools
Perform visual inspections, pull tests, pressure tests, and deconstruct products to check integrity
Audit containers and packaging for proper labels/counts
Input data findings into quality tracking system
Other duties as assigned or required
