About The Position

Requirements

• Must possess an aptitude for understanding basic mathematics
• Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain harmonious working relationships
• Must be able to learn and perform computer terminal entry functions
• Must be able to make independent decisions regarding product disposition
• Must be able to deal with changing priorities and complete work efficiently and on time
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits per Control Plan
• Conduct First Piece Release
• Measure parts in checking fixtures per Control Plan
• Perform pull test per Control Plan
• Sign off Poka Yoke Verification Sheets
• Manage all Poka Yoke Malfunction Sheets posted on the lines
• Complete Quality Tech Checklist on daily basis
• Identify, segregate and dispose of non-conforming material
• Assure all Quality Alerts are signed by all associates
• Keep Scrap Records (Line Scrap and Supplier Scrap) on daily basis
• Release Production on SAP at the end of each shift
• Identify potential and existing quality issues and implement corrective actions along with line lead and production supervisor
