About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Provides technical assistance to engineering for yield fallout investigations, manufacturing instruction compliance, product containment bounding, and corrective and preventive actions. Assists engineers in providing manufacturing support by training operators on processes and engineering changes. Performs operator certification on-the-job training and testing. Provides support to engineers by collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing, and documenting data, as well as developing procedural documentation. Assists during audit activities. Assists Engineers in developing or changing manufacturing instructions. Assists Engineers in monitoring traceability and inspection requirements, statistical process control criteria, and manufacturing practices and procedures. Assist engineers in failure analysis Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of quality or manufacturing experience
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to read, understand, and communicate procedural requirements
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Able to work independently under limited supervision as well as in a team environment
  • Highly Proficiency with Microsoft desktop environment: Windows and Office 365

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in technical discipline (or equivalent)
  • Process Owner and NCEP owner certification
  • Experience with product/component inspection and testing and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
