About The Position

Team Leader – Quality / Manufacturing | $19/hr + Benefits
Pay: $19.00 per hour + benefits
Shifts: 1st Shift
Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, oversee manufacturing projects, and gain experience with multiple production processes!

Supervise Quality Inspectors to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards
Manage project setup, deliverables, and team member expectations
Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable
Train inspectors and provide ongoing coaching for consistent results
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable to varying manufacturing environments
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to meet project goals
• Inspect parts and verify quality standards
• Ensure all team members have proper tools, gauges, and equipment
• Communicate with customer contacts regarding job requirements
• Complete required paperwork, training, and follow company policies
• Support ongoing team training and project communication
