Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Quality Control Experience
• PPAP Process Experience

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
