Requirements

• 2 years related experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving privileges.
• Frequent travel (6-20%).
• Frequent overnight stays (6-20%).
• Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Lead Auditor.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI and data management.
• Project management experience.
• Database and/or SAP and SharePoint experience, as well as app development experience.
• An in depth understanding of lift truck operation and system functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct scheduled internal system audits and multi-site sample internal audits of Crown's Management System across all of Crown's ISO 9001 registered locations and functional areas.
• Document all information related to audit results, including findings such as nonconformances and observations.
• Issue corrective actions for nonconformances and support validation of corrective action effectiveness.
• Support training & coaching of new internal auditors.
• Assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of internal audit policies and procedures.
• Support functional areas with external audit preparedness through internal audit reviews & GAP analysis.
• Collect internal audit and other data for use in Quarterly Management Review meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
