The Boeing Company is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to assist with the maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics. This role involves interpreting and analyzing data to support processes, metrics, models, and flows, identifying root causes of routine problems, and supporting research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability. The specialist will also analyze data to establish Quality performance improvement projects through problem-solving and root cause analysis. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail for data accuracy, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
