About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Quality Management Systems Specialist (Level 4) to support the Deputy Quality Management Representative (DQMR) team onsite in Seattle or Renton, Washington. We are seeking individuals who can lead Quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development; lead multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed; and lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions. Candidates will evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations. Provides education, coaching and review of Quality Management System with stakeholder, managers, and leadership. Develops and maintains relationships, partnerships and communication with stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and leadership. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance. Works will internal and external compliance teams and regulators. Works under minimal direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)
  • 3+ years of experience in REDARS
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience working in a compliance related role

Nice To Haves

  • 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing corrective action plans to respond to internal/external audit inspections

Responsibilities
