About The Position

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support our Commercial Training Solutions business in Miami, Florida . Join a growing team focused on ensuring quality & compliance across a diverse portfolio of solutions including flight training services, simulator operations, and aircraft maintenance training. This position is perfect for someone excited by the world of aviation and eager to work in a collaborative environment to deliver critical services to airline customers. As part of a global quality organization, you will provide end-to-end quality management guidance to leaders, business units, and cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will draw on deep knowledge of quality systems to design, implement, and sustain robust compliance and improvement activities across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • 3+ years of experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies (root cause analysis, CAPA)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical and compliance concepts to leadership and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to perform audits and generate actionable findings and remediation plans.
  • AS9100 lead auditor certification
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restriction

Nice To Haves

  • Experience auditing Approved Training Organizations (ATO), Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD), or Maintenance Training Organizations (MTO)
  • Professional certifications such as ASQ CQA or equivalent
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative solutions for complex quality problems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
  • Lead the development and refinement of new work practices, techniques, and quality standards; recognized as a go-to expert within the Quality organization
  • Oversee document control processes, including issuance, revision tracking, access management, and records retention, to maintain quality and compliance
  • Develop and deliver tailored training, coaching, and guidance on audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, continuous improvement, and core quality management principles
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain meaningful quality metrics and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and measure process health
  • Plan and execute site, system, and process audits to verify compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100), aviation regulation, and customer requirements
  • Advise and collaborate with senior leadership to design and deploy process improvements that affect multiple teams and locations, driving measurable operational gains
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting objectives and selecting approaches while ensuring consistent, compliant outcomes across assignments
  • Continuously expand your expertise in quality management and best practices to strengthen organizational capability
