About The Position

Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to support the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) team based out of Everett, WA. Job Description: Position Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and consolidate data from diverse sources Build automated testing, debugging, and validation to ensure data integrity and reliability Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions and datasets Analyze operational and ETL metrics, data flows, and models to identify root causes of inefficiencies and drive corrective or preventive improvements Produce and present concise, actionable data products, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior and executive leaders to support decision-making Monitor pipeline performance and lead continuous-improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce latency, and improve data quality Support analysis of complex nonconforming materials/parts datasets and provide data-driven recommendations for disposition or remediation Work independently with minimal supervision and mentor other data engineers or analysts as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools
  • 2+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation
  • 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
  • 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or mentoring small teams in a formal or informal role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or equivalent visualization platforms
  • Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies
