About The Position

Quality Systems Specialist (Quality Multi-Function) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our Global Services Quality team to support Seattle, WA. Position Responsibilities: Schedule, plan and lead internal Quality Management System audits for process compliance and adherence to the AS9100 Quality standard. Schedule, plan and lead process surveillances for procedural compliance. Analyzes Quality incidences, internal / external audit findings, and customer issues to determine product risks and implement mitigation plans. Ability to apply Systems Thinking and make recommendations for Quality Management System improvements and efficiencies. Represents the Company on industry working groups to develop industry standards for quality. Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and data to continuously improve Quality processes. Lead a variety of improvement projects while applying knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems, and AS9100 International Quality Standard.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years experience conducting Quality Management System audits
• 5+ years experience working Quality Management System improvements

Nice To Haves

• Internal Audit Certification.
• Experience working with other Quality Standards such as AS9110 and AS9120.
• Experience working with Regulatory Agencies such as the FAA, EASA, or other nationally recognized regulatory agency.
