About The Position

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist-Lead Auditor to support St Louis Program Quality teams based in Hazelwood, MO. This position involves supporting the maintenance of a compliant Quality Management System (QMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), and Aerospace Standard (AS9100) through conducting internal audits. The role requires demonstrated skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; and develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources. The specialist will develop scope, schedule, plans and lead hardware and system level audits to determine compliance, support issue resolution, metrics, and develop common checklists. Additionally, the role includes performing benchmarking of Enterprise and industry best practices, educating others on requirements to help drive a robust Quality Culture, and understanding the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Quality / AS9100 / Quality Processes / Lead Auditor experience.
• 3+ years of nonconformance reporting, reading blueprints or working with requirements.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree from an accredited course of study.
• Previous work in aerospace, manufacturing, quality or another highly regulated industry.
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.
• Experience working multiple projects.
• Experience establishing and conducting training.

Responsibilities
