About The Position

As a Quality Systems Specialist, you create chemistry by initiating, planning, developing, and maintaining processes and projects to support the Integrated Management Systems on site. You will work with others to ensure overall compliance of processes, materials, and products in alignment with BASF, industrial, and management system standards. Additionally, you will lead and participate in improvement initiatives to realize cost, testing, and manufacturing efficiencies. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining SAP Quality Master Data (SAP Quality Module, Laboratory Information Management System module) and providing support to Cincinnati Quality personnel with respect to SAP Quality Data and related processes. You will provide SAP Quality data and Quality Control information to internal and external customers (Certificates of Analysis, Statistical Quality Control, etc.).

Requirements

  • Possess a BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience with SAP and Management Systems (ISO 9001), including performing internal management system audits.
