About The Position
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars. The Quality Systems Engineer works to continually improve the quality management system and verifies compliance to AS9100 and FAA Part 21 prescribed procedures. The individual plans, schedules, and performs quality system audits and hardware conformity audits. Additionally, the individual measures and analyzes audit and QMS data and leads continual improvement initiatives.
