Quality Systems Coordinator
About The Position

Since 1976, Mid-South Transplant Foundation has helped to facilitate the organ and tissue donation process between donor families and transplant recipients and promotes awareness through public and professional education. The Quality Systems Coordinator (QSC) is responsible for monitoring and promoting quality as it relates to organizational goals, services and work processes. The QSC monitors organizational performance, directs and guides policies and procedures, working instructions, forms, training materials and variances within the document management system. You will also perform internal audits, support external regulatory audits and foster an environment for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). The QSC interacts with all levels of employees to promote quality systems and ensures regulatory compliance related to organizational goals and industry standards. This on-site position is located in Cordova, TN with traditional office hours. Salary range is: $71k/yr - 88k/yr.
Requirements
- Degree or certification in health-related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in quality and regulatory systems preferred
- Proven performance in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes
