About The Position

Shin=Etsu Silicones of America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator to support our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This role focuses on quality data entry, documentation, calibration tracking, and trend reporting. Prior quality experience is helpful but not required . This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a Quality organization. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and will also have tasks delegated by the Quality Control Supervisor.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher preferred; relevant quality, manufacturing, or administrative experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and documentation systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with quality documentation, data trending, or calibration systems

Responsibilities

• Enter daily product testing data into the quality database to generate certificates of analysis
• Maintain and enter new raw material specifications
• Review quality data trends and generate bi-weekly reports
• Maintain calibration records and schedule upcoming calibrations
• Draft and update quality procedures using approved templates
• Observe processes and work with employees to accurately document procedures
• Maintain QC sample retain logs
• Support continuous improvement activities within the Quality department
• Assist with upkeep of Documented Information within the QMS.
