ST is excited to welcome a Quality Systems Business Management Intern to our Coppell, TX office. In this role, you will support a variety of documentation-related activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • A solid critical thinker.
  • Clear and legible documentation abilities and strong grammar skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Power BI, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge in using ERP systems.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Support documentation processes and databases for regional and regulatory activities.
  • Assist with reviewing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and routing them for approval.
  • Manage documentation files, including storage and records retention, to ensure efficient and easy access.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal team members to meet company and customer needs.
  • Work with global teams to ensure best practices are communicated and implemented.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on organizational status updates.
